Congratulations to Kristin and Lisa! They were married at the very top of the new NYC hotel Cooper Square Hotel on June 25, 2010.
This was a wonderful wedding for Steven and I. Kristin and Lisa are a really fun couple, and they are so into each other and it shows. The love extended well beyond the two of them to their family and friends, it was a touching wedding with so much emotion. I think I can safely say, it was certainly one of my favorite “first meets” I’ve photographed!
Add to that a stunning location. If you haven’t been to the Cooper Square Hotel yet (designed by Carlos Zapata), you must go check it out! The ceremony and reception took place at the Penthouse on the 21st floor which featured a wrap-around terrace that gave guests a 360-degree view of Manhattan and the outer boroughs. With glass, waist-high railings, it also gave some guests a small thrill! The space was finished off with beautiful flower arrangements whose highlight included orchids flown in directly from Hawaii!
